Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks to prepare organizations for future uncertainties
- Lead executive workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Design and implement innovation pipelines for next-gen product/service development
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and market position papers
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate market readiness
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data-driven modeling
- Advose on organizational adaptation strategies for workforce transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising C-level executives on strategic transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
