Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives at the intersection of AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement innovation governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Mentor senior leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist or strategy journals
- Experience leading high-complexity, cross-continental innovation programs
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
