Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, foresight training)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
