Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing priorities
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive trends and mitigation strategies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental signals impacting long-term strategy
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systemic trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) strongly preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprises on transformational strategy
