- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Author whitepapers on quantum computing and decentralized systems
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis and foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Published work on exponential technology or societal transformation
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Complex Systems, or relevant field
- Portfolio of implemented 5-10 year strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on disruption preparation
