- Partner with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into tangible product development pipelines
- Monitor global policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (e.g., quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition across complex global systems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
