Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across 15+ industries
- Deliver executive briefings and thought leadership at global forums (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Build and mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and innovation strategists
- Translate foresight into product development and investment opportunities
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for exponential technology adoption forecasting
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling ability with C-suite influence capabilities
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Deep network across Silicon Valley, global research labs, and venture capital
