Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate adaptation) to identify strategic inflection points for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with data-driven future projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness metrics and innovation adoption curves
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation business models and customer experiences
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database and predictive analytics models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with proven future-mapping experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex scenarios into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations for enterprise clients
