Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state visions and implementation plans
- Produce scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for technological and market disruptions
- Establish innovation KPIs and measurement frameworks for 2026 strategic initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting

- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) or scenario planning
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
