Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and narratives
- Establish and maintain global networks of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints that translate future insights into prototype concepts and pilot programs
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend extrapolation methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
