Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic and technological shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI disruption and climate tech transitions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author white papers on quantum computing applications and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubator
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bioinformatics, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester methodologies)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of foresight-driven strategies
