Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify and validate emerging trends affecting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce thought leadership content and executive briefings on paradigm shifts
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting long-term innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or societal transformation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
