As a cornerstone of our strategic foresight division, you'll decode emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to architect our 5-10 year roadmap. This pivotal role demands a blend of analytical rigor and creative vision to position InnovateForward at the vanguard of the 2026 digital frontier.
You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems, translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies. Collaborate with C-suite executives to pioneer industry-defining innovations while mentoring our next generation of futurists.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic trends, and disruptive forces impacting 2026+ markets
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for sustainable tech ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions (metaverse interfaces, neural interfaces)
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years focused on post-2025 trend analysis
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology applications
- Published futurist research or patents in disruptive technologies
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or Strategic Foresight (WFS)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
