Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive futures
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for R&D
- Author white papers on sociotechnical impacts of emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI analysis
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum events
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures or technology journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Proficiency in Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology landscapes
- Fluency in futures frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, causal layered analysis)
- Track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
