Responsibilities

- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present future outlooks to executive stakeholders and board members
- Curate and maintain a comprehensive '2026 Futurescape' knowledge repository
- Partner with venture capital team to identify emerging opportunities
- Represent FuturePulse at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
