Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across tech, social, and economic domains to identify 2026+ disruptors
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-state capabilities
- Author annual 'Future Forward' trend reports with quantified impact assessments
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging markets and next-gen technologies
- Advocate for ethical foresight practices in product development and policy
- Represent company at global futurism forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D innovation, or corporate futures planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical shifts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) strongly preferred
