Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI governance, and bio-digital convergence
- Architect strategic roadmaps for exponential growth in alignment with future workforce and market evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in augmented reality and neural interfaces
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, keynote presentations, and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with proven 2026+ impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, and metaverse ecosystems
- Proficient in futures methodologies: Delphi technique, cross-impact analysis, and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leader in future trends with portfolio of strategic foresight projects
