As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities across AI, biotechnology, sustainable energy, and quantum computing. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investment decisions and product development pipelines that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological convergence patterns to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 5+ emerging verticals with $10B+ market potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Author quarterly trend reports published in industry-leading publications
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary Horizon Forecasting Methodology™
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies
- Proven track record of successful trend prediction and implementation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major media outlets
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
