Responsibilities

- Develop and implement foresight frameworks that inform product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Produce high-impact visualizations and reports communicating future trajectories to stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human-centered design methodologies
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation and opportunity capture in volatile markets

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
