Responsibilities
- Analyze technological, economic, and sociological megatrends to identify opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation
- Produce horizon-scanning reports with predictive modeling for emerging risks and opportunities
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and acquire breakthrough startups
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and technology summits
- Mentor internal teams in foresight methodologies and strategic adaptation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent advanced degree
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic risk modeling methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from futurist-driven initiatives
- Thrives in ambiguity and operates at the intersection of technology and human potential
