Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and disruptor startups
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical technology practices across all initiatives
- Present future-state visions to global audiences at industry summits
- Mentor next-generation futurists within our innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier media
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Global network of innovators and subject matter experts
