- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with innovation labs, academic institutions, and emerging tech startups
- Present future outlook reports to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Design organizational resilience strategies for disruptive scenarios including climate, AI, and geopolitical shifts
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proven track record of developing predictive models with 80%+ accuracy for 3-5 year horizons
