- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce trend reports and predictive analytics for cross-functional teams
- Design innovation workshops to cultivate future-focused mindsets
- Monitor global macro indicators affecting long-term business viability
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution against future-state objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record influencing executive-level strategy decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concept articulation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
