Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks with 5+ year predictive horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present strategic scenarios and recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and nurture an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and geopolitical shifts affecting innovation
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and position papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
