- Develop future-ready strategic frameworks through quantitative modeling and qualitative foresight
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings with actionable recommendations
- Establish cross-functional innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year vision
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Manage external futurist networks and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent discipline
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future strategy implementation success
- Experience with Delphi methods and cross-impact matrix analysis
