Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map strategic pathways for emerging tech integration
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting long-term innovation strategies
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau) and scenario planning software
- Published work on 2020s technology trends or sustainability futures
- Experience with AI governance frameworks and ethical tech deployment
