Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation horizons aligned with global tech trajectories
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, Web4)
- Develop patent-forward intellectual property strategies for 2026+ markets
- Coordinate cross-functional 'Future Labs' with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Translate complex futures into actionable business frameworks for executive teams
- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with quantifiable impact projections
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Published author on exponential technologies or peer-reviewed futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision strategies in Fortune 500 companies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Keynote speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
