Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026's technological, economic, and societal shifts using AI-driven analytics
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives and government bodies
- Author white papers on Web5.0, neuro-interfaces, and climate-tech breakthroughs
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate 2026's unicorn companies
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global policy summits
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Published portfolio of 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, and exponential technologies
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global policy frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish) preferred
