Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological shifts to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-gen innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing strategies
- Maintain a horizon-scanning network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Proven track record of translating trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published work in futurism or strategic foresight preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) a plus
