- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and trend analysis frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author quarterly horizon scanning reports highlighting emerging threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling narratives
- Build cross-functional innovation task forces to prototype future-critical solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field required
