Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and their business implications through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps
- Lead quarterly foresight workshops with R&D and product teams
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Partner with venture capital team to identify 2026-era investment opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio required demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
