- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing client organizations across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, climate, and economic volatility modeling
- Present future-shaping insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams prototyping 2026-ready solutions in our innovation sandbox
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks beyond 5-year horizons
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Mastery of foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, cross-impact matrices)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
