Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology advancements into core business operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams to stress-test organizational resilience against future disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global forums on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptation to emerging paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and lead a specialized futurist intelligence network across global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of applied futurism experience
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future strategies that measurably impacted organizational outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AGI, Web3, synthetic biology) and their socioeconomic implications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Futures Wheel)
- Exceptional data storytelling capabilities with experience visualizing complex future scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating published future trend analyses or scenario planning frameworks
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Fluency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
