Responsibilities

- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies including AGI and decentralized systems
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Mentor a team of futurists and technologists through scenario planning workshops
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related quantitative/technical field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
