Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Present executive-level briefings with data-driven future outlooks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into organizational DNA
- Monitor emerging signals via horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Author quarterly Future Briefs for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Futures Platform)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Professionals)
