Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and disruptive business models
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future risk/opportunity analysis
- Produce evidence-based trend reports and scenario-planning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive strategy and future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-facing leadership
- Proven track record in developing and implementing 5-10 year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
