Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026 landscape shifts
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Produce actionable whitepapers and predictive models for executive stakeholders
- Identify disruptive technologies and evaluate commercialization pathways
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
