Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a strategic foresight framework for long-term innovation planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into concrete business strategies
- Produce trend analysis reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
