Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to post-2025 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models and operations
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive leadership
- Partner with product teams to integrate future insights into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at premier future-tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing actionable future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with advanced analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology (e.g., from World Future Society)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on transformational change initiatives
