Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact innovation workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Produce executive-level reports on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish key performance indicators for future-readiness initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor cross-functional teams on adaptive strategy methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven futurist track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
