- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' strategic briefings for executive stakeholders
- Partner with venture teams to identify disruptive startups and emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis using tools like Delphi methods, horizon scanning, and SWOT analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning deliverables for Fortune 500 clients
