Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging disruptive technologies
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Design and manage innovation pipelines for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype 2026-concept technologies and market viability
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, nanotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology publications
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural stakeholders
