Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients adapting to AI, quantum computing, and biotech revolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate next-generation business models
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research preferred
