Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Analyze emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, climate AI) for market adoption
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with governments and NGOs on UN Sustainable Development Goals implementation
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit featuring global thought leaders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Technology Innovation
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or global policy institutions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Deep understanding of climate tech, AI governance, and biotech ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc from University of Houston)
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight methodology (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
