Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough innovations
- Establish industry thought leadership via whitepapers and keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism roles (Fortune 500 or scale-up)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for executive storytelling
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals
- Experience managing global innovation teams
