Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors impacting 2026-2030
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
- Oversee a team of researchers while maintaining hands-on involvement in high-impact projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research databases
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future intelligence projects
