Responsibilities

- Present futuristic concepts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate visionary concepts into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive organizational change management to embed future-ready thinking across all departments
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurism leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
