- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into R&D priorities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Design and deploy scenario-planning models for 2026 market disruptions
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in predictive analytics methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological or societal shifts
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and executive presentations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
