Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing predictive models for 2026 societal and technological shifts
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous decision systems
- Drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid computing architectures
- Partner with governments to shape policy for emerging neuro-interfaces
- Lead development of climate-impact mitigation technologies
- Design human-centric augmentation protocols for workforce evolution
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology leadership with 2026+ vision
- Published research in predictive modeling or emergent technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record in scaling ethical AI systems
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems
- Certification in Neuro-Interface Design (NID) or equivalent
