Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology implementations across quantum, bio, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 18-month development cycles
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging opportunities and disruptive threats
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Collaborate with ethics committees to ensure sustainable and equitable technological deployment
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Secure strategic partnerships with leading academic institutions and government labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for futuristic initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for exponential technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ realized future-vision projects
